Let me introduce you to 'White Trash, Mason'

There is no doubt that when I'm sick, Mason suffers. Not that I'm very good at entertaining kids on a regular basis (my sister, Nicole, takes the cake on this!), but when I'm sick I'm just a lump.
I've been fighting a cold that last couple of days and Mason has gotten a wee bit of cabin fever. He won't even watch a whole half hour of tv anymore (yes, I'm a horrible mother!). Given that new challenge, I decided to take him outside today. I didn't want to go on a walk or anything, since it's been wet and rainy outside and I'm lazy. I decided to just let him play in the backyard. I knew that he'd want to get down to play, obviously, so he had to be dressed for the wet/cold. Mason is still not walking much, so I decided to put him in snow bibs, shoes, gloves and a hat. This was before my recent snow boots purchase, or he would've had those on instead. I decided that a coat would just slow him down, so we skipped that. Then again, it's not like he kept the rest of the warm gear on anyway. The poor kid looked like white trash out there though. I was too lazy to change him out of jammies (plus, I was still in mine), so he's wearing snow bibs over them. Wow! It's a good thing he's cute or there would be little hope for his upbringing. Look at the face he's pulling. ('uh, duh')

And then there's the 'Don't Drink and Drive' ad campaign. Need I say more?

I just thought this one was sweet. I'll let him redeem himself a little.
