My former manager, Lisa Banner, was out of the office in meetings. I emailed her this picture of Mason lounging (all business-like) in her office. It just cracked me up!Then it was on to International Banking to visit
Anne Lane.
After Zions, we went to visit Milnes at the 'family business' of sorts, Utah Council for Crime Prevention. Tibby Milne started this program in the mid 1970s. (I'll do a post on this separately, since she and her work are amazing!) Tibby was out at meetings, but we visited with Howard, Mike, Alison and Grady. Oh, and of course, McGruff himself. Mike just played and played with Mason. He gave him a stuffed animal lion named Daren and entertained him with a hand puppet of McGruff the dog.

After our trip to Salt Lake, we rushed back up to Ogden for Kim Butters' (my boss from Retail Banking at Zions) retirement party. I worked with him for 3 years, as his administrative assistant, before I went to Executive Banking. He is an amazing boss, but more importantly, an amazing person. He was very influential in my life at that time. We've stayed very close and I try to visit him as often as possible. The retirement party had tons of people lined up to visit with him and wish him well and I embarrassed Nicole by making her snap a picture of us. Nothing shows you care more than holding up a line for a photo opportunity!
