Validation

I borrowed this from a friend of mine. She posted it to her blog and it just made me happy. If you have a few minutes (15 actually), I suggest watching the entire clip. It's just one of those things you may not know you need, until you watch it.

thank you for your comment on my blog. seriously, sometimes when i am writing the things that i write on my blog, i wonder if it is too much. if i am sharing too much. if people will think i am going overboard on being so open and honest... then i get a comment like yours and it makes me feel so glad that i shared so openly if it was able to help someone else.
