Halloween

Of course my children would BOTH have costumes this year. I don't care that Kenley is a week old, she's not getting jipped out of a costume. I don't know why or when, but I decided that they would have a Grease theme. Mason, a T-Bird and Kenley, a Pink Lady. I started this process a couple of months ago. Iron on t-shirt stuff, fabric paint, etc. However, I knew the real treat would be the tutu/head bow from my dear friend, Julie. She makes all sorts of stunning items and offered to make Kenley's tutu for the costume. How can you go wrong with handmade? The costumes were complete and I had to wait clear until my dinner shower with 'The Girls' to see the finishing touches. Sure enough, it was more amazing than I could imagine. Frills, frills, with a touch of sass!
See for yourself.
And then there's Mason, the stud. Glad I got a couple good shots of him outside, since he wasn't having anything to do with his sister. For Halloween, I sprayed his hair black, which Josh said was a nightmare. Ooops!

After begging and pleading, we finally got Mason to agree to let Kenley sit next to him. No way was he gonna hold her with all that fabric going on! I bribed him with a Kit Kat!

Cute, cute, cute! She looks darling (but I somewhat agree with Mase on all the bows and fluff)! they arent as fun to snuggle with when they are covered with fluff!

Well they look adorable, but I am not sure that the Pink Ladies wore huge headbows and tutus, but perhaps they dressed their babies like that. :) Mason looks great with his hair both colors.
