Let me be clear, I have merely tolerated Halloween my adult life. I don't like to be scared. Not ever! It's not a fun feeling for me. My sister, on the other hand, has always LOVED Halloween. I used to go to a haunted house or a corn maze with her, but the last few years I've refused. Normally, she hosts a Halloween party for the kids. My one excuse to dress up, or dress my baby up. She decided against the party this year, which left me going Trick-or-Treating to show off Mason in his cute costume. (gasp!) I can't recall the last time I went Trick-or-Treating, but I'm sure it was pre-teenage years. It was nice weather and an enjoyable stroll. I left Mason in his stroller the entire time, but he was content. I really enjoyed watching Ethan and Ellie be so cute. They both got a couple of pieces of candy for Mason. They didn't just share with him, they (Ethan) actually asked the people 'Can I have a treat for Mason?' As if these people knew Mason, or Ethan for that matter. We weren't in either of their neighborhoods. We went with our friend Janell. She conveniently lives a mile or so from my parents. We ate dinner, got the kids ready, Trick-or-Treated for an hour and headed to my Mom and Dad's house. Good times!Earlier in the day, Mason and I went to Zions to visit CharRee. I didn't want Mason to have to wear his monster costume while we were running errands and such, so I bought him a cute little skeleton sweatsuit. I bought a matching T-shirt, which was as close to a costume as I got.
