What a great day!
We were able to spend time with family and friends. Mason was blessed by Brandt Knowlton (one of our best friends). He did an amazing job and I was in tears with only a burp cloth to wipe them away. I asked my mom to short-hand the blessing, since recording them is a no-no. She and my sister, Nicole, worked vigorously to get the blessing on paper. I've been able to hear some of the blessing after the fact and it still gives me goosebumps.
It was truly a beautiful blessing and Mason is one loved kid. Heavenly Father has given Josh and me the best blessing of all with Mason. We love him more and more each day!
The darling crocheted blanket was made for me years ago by my sister, Stacy. It was great to finally get to use it!
