Mason isn't quite 2 yet, but that didn't stop me from having his pictures taken for MY birthday present. What more could I ask for? I adore my child and think photos are literally priceless! I know my blogging has been sub par lately and I'm sorry. Hopefully, pictures will make up for it. I can tell you that there were lots of funny moments in the 90 minutes we took to capture these pictures. Mason had no interest in our objective, so we had to trick him. I came prepared with a ball and his new skateboard, so he could just play and we'd take advantage of it. Of course, I had to be 'camera ready', in case Michelle decided to have me in a shot or two. That was my only mistake! Camera ready THIS! I was chasing a 2 yr. old around downtown SLC in heels, plus playing soccer with him. What....was I thinking? I promptly yanked my hair back in a pony tail, to save it from the dripping sweat from my forehead. I came away with 2 blisters, as well. And, the truth is, if Michelle called tomorrow and asked for a photo shoot with Mason, I'd get 'camera ready' again! At least the manager of the tattoo shop seemed to be impressed with us. Ü (Feel free to nominate me for mother of the year for that experience!)A giant thank you to Michelle Sallay, a close friend of the family. She was able to catch so many of Mason's daily looks. I love her work. Go check her out at Michelle Sallay Photography. (You may just recognize Mason on her website from his 15 mo. old shoot.)

Again, I love to see which ones you love. I love the B&W ones, but it was hard to put that many in B&W since the colors were so fun.
Next time you are camera ready we will take some with you AND Mason before he makes us run a mile.
The honest truth is, I have TOO many favorites. I have 40 'starred' on my computer, but it changes daily, with my mood. They are all so wonderful!
What a cutie!!! I can't believe he's almost 2 - he seems like quite the grown up. I'm with you, I think I enjoy getting Tienna's pictures more than anything else so it's always worth the hassle!
SOOO CUTE!! What a doll!
